Tactician mode, definitive edition. Drank some tea, popped apothisis and then proceded to use every skill I had twice due to skin graft. Didn't find Jahan in the basement, so I guess that part is ****ed now. How I did this on tactician when malady didn't show up: 1. teleport and take out peripheral nurses one after another then disengage 2. lure enemies to lobby, torturer-entangle to delay the doctor, kill/charm others 3. use summons to block the lobby chock point, keep the doctor behind the door 4. hit and run to wear down the physical amour then chain-stun to death, In definitive edition the weakened form looks pretty weak, like 5~8k armor and 3.5k hp or so, and resistances between -50% and 0. (For those, starting from the entrance area actually is an big advantage I would say) . 19,400 XP if the Doctor offers the contract. Funnily enough you can just sneak round the Doctor to the cellar. Once you open the front door, with your party out of the house, use a teleport speel to bring him at the center of your party and... oviously, kill him. There are also some nice pieces of armor locked behind display cabinets. The catch is that his attacks will heal him, so one might want to lower his health with AoE spells so that he can be easily killed and/or have Skin Graft handy for nuking after the charm wears out.I BELIEVE but am not sure this also breaks Lohse's possession - it might simply reset or delay it. Two words: pyroclastic eruption. Anyone know why? If you don't have at least two of the three then i'm afraid battle will be tough. You can kill either Isbeil in the quest, "The Secrets of the Dwarves", or you can kill Lord Linder Kemm in the quest, "The Vault of Linder Kemm". Boom! . You can also head inside the Black House through the front door. Upon regaining health, source and maybe some more healing potions, return to the manor. I was 2 levels below the doctor -but it was an easy fight. This fight kicked my butt a couple of times before I tried using Green Tea. Otherwise, if Lohse was never in your party, you can choose to sign a contract with the doctor, which will change the ending as listed below. Also my full party consists of Beast, Fane and Red Prince since their particular stories seem very much appealing and especially since the Beast also has a lot of things with the Dwarfs fallout and Red Prince with the Ancient Empire. Right now I am thinking of placing a deathfog barrel near the Doctor and have Fane (in my party) blow it up. Also, Thunderstorm is ridiculously OP in this fight. One nurse is near him anyway, just make sure both of the nurses are knocked down so they don't run around when it's their turn. 7. the messager gives good xp treats(about 70k in DE), all you need is trapping him with chests or sleeprolls. Was a pretty tough fight, but his nurses got run down by Beast who truly can be a beast with a 2handed axe, chugged a lot of HP pots throughout though. )I killed all the nurses before attacking Adramahlihk because they are just annoying and die fast - I don’t know if it would make much of a difference - by teleporting them, turning them to chickens and bribing them with money to prevent fighting near Adramahlihk. Before the fight, I also gave Lohse’s blood to Adramahlihk after making a pact with him and stole back the blood vial and other stuff with Sebille, just for some XP points.I used 30 dead bodies found near the "Arx - City Square" waypoint with the "Bone Cage" spell to increase Ifan’s armor to about 19908 points.Adramahlihk (aka the Doctor) has about 11120 armor points. If you think that teleporting before a fight is cheating, you can teleport the 30 dead bodies from the waypoint all the way inside his house, but it’s WAY too slow.Instead, just bundle up the 30 dead bodies near your character while he is in the Arx City Square, that has the "Overpower" skill and make him use "Bone Cage" just after Lohse attacks the Doctor and start a fight. 149,850 XP for killing each of the nurses, for a total of 899,100XP (37,475 XP each DE EDITION). I think there is a spirit of a druid on bloodmoon island that explains that the doctor was originally a healer on the island, and was possessed by the demon Adramahlihk, and that druid specifically calls the demon a "she", so it may well be that although the doctor who was possessed is a man, the demon is indeed a woman, explaining their transformed appearance. The Doctor will waste a couple turns summoning minions and trying to start the possession spell too, so it gives you time to setup. After killing the Doctor went back to the cellar, still never found Jahan. I get my first move as normal, and I just slain him with my Glass Cannon + dual wielding assassin, alone, without using any item, buff or Source skill. 1.Split lone wolf party.
